Remote Work vs. Office Work Environments: A Comparative Analysis

In recent years, the concept of working remotely has become increasingly popular. With the advances in technology, it has become possible for employees to work from anywhere in the world, as long as they have an internet connection. However, despite the benefits of remote work, many people still prefer the traditional office environment.  

With the COVID-19 experience the workforce has experienced, companies slowly adapted to working from home since they didn’t need to wake up early, prepare for work and spend a lot of hours in traffic. Everyone had the opportunity to work wearing your PJs and nobody was around to judge you for not taking a bath while working. 

Yet, since the epidemic is gradually drawing to an end, the abrupt changes to the hybrid work setup or returning to work for the entire week have already made it difficult for many.
